Return and exchange of orders

According to the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Protection”, flowers cannot be exchanged or returned. They are perishable goods, and it is possible to preserve their properties and presentation only under special conditions.

We do our best to ensure that you always receive our bouquets and arrangements in fresh and flawless condition. Despite this, we allow returns or exchanges. Exchanges and returns are possible if the flowers were not of high quality at the time of delivery of the order or quickly lose their presentation and consumer properties, because they immediately begin to fade.

If you believe that you have received a bouquet or arrangement of inadequate quality, please notify us no later than 2 hours after the order is delivered. Be sure to attach photos that confirm this fact. Please note that if it is impossible to identify the defect of the goods through e-mail correspondence, we may ask you to bring and show the order in person.

We value our customers’ feedback and quality service is very important to us. However, in matters of exchange and return, the final decision will be ours, since our florists are not able to control the storage conditions of compositions and bouquets after they are received.
